Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 23/10/2025
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is on a busy high street in Hampstead in northwest London. It dispenses private prescriptions, provides health advice and sells medicines over the counter. The pharmacy doesn't dispense NHS prescriptions or provide NHS services. The pharmacy provides a private service for flu vaccinations and it delivers prescriptions to people.
This was a re-inspection following an inspection in February 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 2.2. This re-inspection focused on the standard which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has since made sure that its staff have been registered on appropriate training courses.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?

| The pharmacy delivers positive outcomes for patients and performs well against most of the standards | |
| The pharmacy meets all the standards | |
