Pharmacy context

This pharmacy is located on a high street in the town of Swaffham in Norfolk. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, the NHS New Medicine Service (NMS) and the NHS Pharmacy First service under Patient Group Directions (PGDs).

This was a reinspection following an inspection in October 2024 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 2.1 and 3.1. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has subsequently hired more team members to help manage the workload in the pharmacy and has regular locum pharmacists now working in the pharmacy. Areas of the pharmacy have also been tided up allowing better workflow and reduced health and safety risks to team members.
