Remove any clutter on the dispensary bench and at the pharmacy premises. Establish designated storage areas for deliveries from wholesalers and empty tote boxes to ensure pharmacy team can access fire exits. Ensure all stock received from the wholesaler is placed on the dispensary shelves immediately on receipt. Establish and maintain defined work spaces for dispensing and checking. Tidy the dispensary shelves to separate stock more effectively to reduce the risk of any selection errors. |
