Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is set in the centre of Smallfield village. The pharmacy opens six days a week. It dispenses people’s prescriptions, sells over-the-counter medicines and offers health advice. And it provides a range of other NHS services.
This was a desktop inspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 4.3. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Overall, the pharmacy has made improvements following feedback from its previous inspection. It stores medicines that must be locked away as required by law properly and securely. And it stores medicines that require refrigeration appropriately and at the right temperature.
