The pharmacy has its own website, www.truepill.co.uk where people can register to request the pharmacy to order and supply their NHS repeat prescriptions. The pharmacy also specialises in prescribing and supplying oral contraceptives (OC) and non-prescription emergency hormonal contraception (EHC) to people living in the UK via its other website www.helloeve.co.uk.​​​​​ This inspection was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
