Last inspection: 24/06/2025

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This pharmacy is located in a parade of shops on the high street in Waltham Cross. It dispenses private prescriptions and sells medicines over the counter. The pharmacy offers face-to-face services such as weight loss treatments and travel vaccinations via patient group directions (PGDs) and it also supplies some medicines via a pharmacist independent prescribing service.

This was a desktop inspection following an inspection in June 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.1. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has completed risk-assessments for its prescribing services to help ensure it prescribes medicines safely and appropriately.
