Pharmacy context
An independent pharmacy located on a local high street in Elm Park, serving a mixed local population.
The pharmacy dispenses between 13,000 to 14,000 items per month and provides several services including medicine use reviews (MURs), new medicine service (NMS), Influenza vaccine (private and NHS), substance misuse treatment (3 patients), prescription collection and delivery service, as well as MDS trays to 100 domiciliary patients and 18 care home residents.
The opening hours are: Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm and Saturday 9am – 6pm.

What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
