Inspection outcome: Standards met

Last inspection: 12/06/2025

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy in Glasgow. It dispenses NHS prescriptions including supplying medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs. The pharmacy dispenses private prescriptions and pharmacy team members advise on minor ailments and medicines use. They provide over‐the‐counter medicines and prescription-only medicines via patient group directions (PGDs).

This was a reinspection following an inspection in February 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1 and 2.2. This reinspection focussed on the Standards which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has enrolled team members on appropriate training courses. And it now has defined procedures and working arrangements for all of its dispensing services.
