All online services for weight loss are already being provided with a telephone consultation. The online form has been amended to include an upload of the patient’s ID and photo of the patient’s weight. Also Patient’s SCR is being accessed. |

And does not record their reasons for prescribing when they don't have consent to share information with people's regular prescribers. The prescribing service doesn't always tell people when a medicine is being used off-licence. |
The form has now been amended to include a picture of the patient’s ID document and picture of the patient’s weight on a scale. Each patient is also provided with a telephone / video consultation prior to prescribing. Reason’s for prescribing are being kept now. |
