The prescribing service doesn't always tell people when a medicine is being used off-licence. |
The form has now been amended to include a picture of the patient’s ID document and picture of the patient’s weight on a scale. Each patient is also provided with a telephone / video consultation prior to prescribing. Reason’s for prescribing are being kept now. |
