Omnicare Pharmacy (9011847) - Improvement action plan

The pharmacy does not always maintain accurate responsible pharmacist records. This is similar to the previous inspection.

Omnicare pharmacy will ensure that the responsible pharmacist records are maintained within the pharmacy to ensure there is an accurate log of the responsible pharmacist signing in and then signing out.

The SOP will be updated to ensure it is clear this is the responsibility of the RP and all staff are aware of the roles and responsibility while the RP is present or absent.
