The staff member has been enrolled onto the Buttercups dispensing course. The large overstocks in the dispensary resulting in many boxes on the floor are being sorted and shelves better organised to hold that stock. Prescriptions not picked up dating from last year are being removed to give more space to again clear the floor. Consultation room to be cleared and excess stocks in the room removed. Unneeded vaccination equipment to be removed to further tidy area. Stock to be reorganised on shelves in a more logical matter |

Fridge temperatures are filled in on computer system. Staff member to be trained to do this on a daily basis to ensure no missing checks.
