A restructure/rebuild of the website is being investigated and implemented.
This task has been passed to the website builders (via the Head of Creative and Digital). Initial feedback indicates much work is required because of previous structural developments over the years but anticipate the change can be made within the timeframe indicated.

The pharmacy doesn’t make sure that people receiving its services online are who they claim to be. It does not consistently carry out customer identity (ID) checks.

This task has been passed to the website builders (via the Head of Creative and Digital). They are using the appropriate Standard as reference and anticipate the change can be made within the timeframe indicated
