And there are also risks to patient safety if staff are not clear as to what they can and can’t do legally, when a pharmacist isn’t present. The pharmacy must also register for and display the mandatory MHRA logo for distance selling and supplying medicines on its website. |
Ensure the appropriate procedures and guidelines are in place for the staff to minimise the risk associated with patient safety. Each and every staff should be clear on how to operate safely and legally . Provide support to the staff where needed. |
