All staff have been informed of the importance of using the dispensing errors & near miss log sheets, and also dispensing error report forms. 4.3	Cold chain medicines are not always stored appropriately. The pharmacy cannot show that the fridges it uses to store medicines maintain temperatures within the recommended range.	Importance of completing temperature logs and accurate measuring of fridge temperatures has been highlighted to all staff. Will also use other methods of monitoring temperatures to obtain accurate results. This has been utilised and fridge temperatures are within range and monitored daily	02/08/2024	02/08/2024
