The pharmacy sells medicines via its website. But it does not always provide enough information for people to be able to make sure the medicines they choose are safe and appropriate for them. And people can request combinations of medicines which are not safe to be taken together. In addition, people using the pharmacy's services cannot easily contact the pharmacist for information and advice.

1. Provide additional information/PILs for products that have missing descriptions.
2. Unsafe medication combinations or quantities, website to block combination purchases.
3. Directly connect to pharmacist via telephone.
