New thermometers for all FOUR fridges have been purchased to ensure accurate temperature records are being maintained for safe storage of medicines. A new fridge log has been developed for all FOUR fridges. This is filed under the RP log to be filled out as soon as the Responsible Pharmacist signs in. If the temperature of any of the fridges is detected outside of 2-8 degrees Celsius, the stock should be quarantined accordingly. |
