4.3	Medicines are sometimes re-packaged and stored without batch numbers or expiry dates. So, the pharmacy cannot provide assurance that they are in good condition and suitable to supply.	Dispensary divided up by Superintendent Pharmacist and areas assigned to specific staff members. Whole dispensary has been date-checked, tidied and unsuitably stored stock has been duped. All duped stock supervised by either Superintendent Pharmacist or Pharmacist. Staff have signed on date-checking matrix to indicate completion	23/01/2024	18/12/2023
