CD Cabinet will be replaced. Medicines waste has been dealt with and disposed appropriately. Staff informed of importance of following SOP. Glass certified measures for antibiotics have again been ordered. The third fridge stock was removed immediately and put into monitored fridges. We have ordered a thermometer to measure and record third fridge temperatures daily. |
