2.2	Some of the pharmacy’s team members carry out roles that they are not receiving appropriate training for. This does not meet the GPhC’s minimum training requirements. And this may increase the risk of mistakes in the pharmacy’s dispensing process.	Pharmacy colleagues will be re- trained to ensure that they only carry out roles for which they have been trained on. Pharmacy operations will be reviewed by the Pharmacy Manager with a view to assessing if there are enough suitably qualified dispensary staff to support during peak periods. If not, staff will be enrolled on appropriate training courses and/or staffing model/rota will be altered to take account of peak periods.	29/01/2020	20/01/2020
