The pharmacy does not adequately manage all its medicines to ensure they are always stored correctly or remain fit for purpose. Some medicines that need cold storage conditions are not appropriately monitored. So it may not be able to demonstrate that the medicines are being stored at the right temperature and are safe to supply.
