Pharmacy medicines storage drawers and shelving to be tidied and re-organised alphabetically. Medicines to be separated by strength and form. Caution stickers to be applied where appropriate to reduce risk. Alternative storage solution to be identified to allow for removal of tote boxes on dispensary floor. |
