Review of dispensing area to remove excess clutter and improve dispensing space in the pharmacy. Review of workflow within dispensary to identify clear areas for dispensary tasks. Pharmacy medicines storage drawers and shelving to be tidied and re-organised alphabetically. Medicines to be separated by strength and form. Caution stickers to be applied where appropriate to reduce risk. Alternative storage solution to be identified to allow for removal of tote boxes on dispensary floor. |
