With immediate effect: The address and DOB will be made mandatory fields on the prescription form prior to e-signing by the prescriber. Pharmacists on site will be able to access a person's prescription medication record. The Pharmacist will then be able to carry out further clinical checks if required in line with their own professional responsibilities. An additional clinical audit will be completed as part of our Pharmacy KPI’s. |
