All staff have been briefed on the importance of ensuring the RP has signed in the RP LOG ideally at the start of their duty.
Sign put up ‘Have you signed the RP Log’, just where the checking station is to reinforce the message.
Reminded this is a criminal offence to omit, plus difficult to recall responsibility at a later date, in case of incident.
