Regular 3 monthly date checks will be resumed. This will be achieved by allowing protected time for each staff member to conduct a thorough date check to their assigned area of the dispensary. No medicine will be repackaged unless a valid reason is known to all staff, in this case all appropriate labelling requirements will be met to ensure integrity of product for its safe use. Any split pack medicines will remain in their original packaging and split packs will be kept to a minimum. |
