The company has put procedures in place: Previous orders of the customer is printed ( if applicable ) along with the current order with the answered questions for the responsible pharmacist. A check list of the order process is printed for each order which is signed off by the responsible pharmacist for all orders, declined or approved. All orders for P and GSL medicines are entered in the PMR The Responsible pharmacist is involved in all aspects of the order and signs the check list to indicate the order is approved or declined. |
