1.1	There has been insufficient forward planning to mitigate the impact of losing an experienced member of staff.	Employed relief pharmacist in place 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) and a separate employed relief pharmacist) on Wednesdays. Employed branch manager from another Rowlands branch is supporting one day each week. Also Mondays and Thursdays we have a locum dispenser booked in and Fridays we have our own employed relief dispenser booked in. Dispenser from another branch has been redeployed on Thursdays until further notice.	02/08/2019	08/08/2019
2.1	The pharmacy has deployed staff in such a way that, for periods of time, there are not enough suitably qualified staff to operate services safely and effectively.	Branch staff profile has been reviewed and gaps are covered to ensure trained staff are in place while the new team members are training.
