The pharmacy does not always store medicines which need cold storage properly. This makes it more difficult for the pharmacy to show that the medicines are safe to use. It does not always keep medicines in containers which are properly labelled. And this may increase the risk that date checks or product recalls are not effective. It does not always store medicines securely or in accordance with relevant legislation. This makes it harder to show that they are kept securely.

Staff will re-trained about temperature monitoring
