Restore both the alarmed Tensator® straps which secures the end of the healthcare counter and pharmacy entrance. Brief all pharmacy & retail colleagues regarding the securing of the Tensator® straps and blinds on P meds when pharmacy is closed. Weekly checks to confirm alarmed barriers and blinds are in working order. Ensure all pharmacy team members know correct process for reporting if alarmed barriers and blinds are found faulty. Gates ordered to replace the pharmacy and healthcare Tensator® barriers. |
