1.1	The pharmacy does not manage all of its risks. Some team members have not read and understood the pharmacy’s written procedures and they do not follow them. This increases the likelihood of things going wrong.	Risk assessment to be undertaken to include the suggested considerations in the risk assessment section of the GPhC guidance on providing pharmacy services at a distance.
