Records sometimes lack sufficient detail. The responsible pharmacist record is not compliant with requirements, which means it is not possible to identify who was responsible for the safe and effective running of the pharmacy at a set point in time.

1) Immediate Review of all SOP’s
2) Define Individual's responsibilities within SOP’s
3) Insurance for the current year is being displayed
4) Near Miss Logs to be completed and regularly reviewed for learning purposes
5) Emergency Supplies - More detailed records to reflect the circumstances leading to the supply
6) Review the specials documents and audit trail
7) CD registers have a running balance (this is already contained within our SOP)
8) GDPR training to be completed by the appropriate staff
9) Safeguarding training to be completed by all staff
10) The responsible pharmacist logs completed daily
