The pharmacy does not store and manage all of its medicines appropriately. Medicine fridge temperatures are not properly monitored, CD management is lacking, stock medicines sometimes include mixed batches and off-cuts, and liquid medicines with a limited shelf-life are not consistently dated when opened.

Digital thermometer for the fridge has been ordered – awaiting delivery.
CD balances have been balanced an updated and will be kept this way.
All stock has been sorted, and dispensing staff informed that mixed batches are not permitted.
Staff have been informed that date must be recorded for liquids on either the bottle or box as to the date of opening.
