We have discrete notices, reminding all staff to uphold the highest standards when discussing treatments and medications with patients. All new members of the team are specifically trained on handling confidential information, respecting individual’s privacy, and methods by which to avoid divulging sensitive information over the counter when holding discussions with customers. |
