There are many PGD’s in pharmacy expiring at different times and this PGD lapsed unintentionally. The pharmacy has asked the PGD provider if annual reminder can set for all users. And the RP has noted in their diary when next annual review is due. The pharmacy said that the RP has been providing travel vaccinations since 2020. The pharmacy said that the error was purely accidental and no patient harm had been reported as a result. |
