Enforce recording of prescribing details and date on the system match with the prescription forms.
File the prescriptions in the allocated place.
File the forms for unlicensed medication in allocated file.
Stock management:
Tidy and organise dispensary shelves.
Review date checking system.
Review fridge monitoring to capture accurate maximum and minimum temperatures.
Review system for receiving an actioning drug alerts.
Controlled drugs:
Review CD security.
Contact CD destruction team to arrange for (expired CD) to be destructed.
