 •	All staff have completed level 1 and 2 on safeguarding in children and vunerable adults CPPE modules
 •	SOPs have been revisited for safety and supervision of medications sold
 •	CPPE minor ailment fact file has been provided – all staff currently working on case studies and learning modules from it
 •	All counter sales that require attention will be and currently supervised by the responsible pharmacist at all times
 •	Counter knowledge materials available and prints out handed to staff members to further reinforce, enhance and widen knowledge for staff
 •	Any incoming delivery of counter medications that require attention will be checked by the pharmacist and under the supervision of the responsible pharmacist only
 •	Conditions imposed on Shore Pharmacy are  made aware and acknowledged by all staff members and will adhere to it at ALL times
 •	Medicines of high attention will be audited and recorded if they are to be supplied to other branches to have  a clear audit trail – with high alert stickers placed on the medicines that require extra attention
 •	Regular weekly recap of WWHAM and counter knowledge will take place between the pharmacist and staff members to ensure learning is updated and reinforced
 •	Three monthly appraisals will take place to ensure an over view of staff and safety measures within the pharmacy are being undertaken
