Arkle Pharmacy (1040500) - Improvement action plan

Although the pharmacy had made some improvements since the last inspection with respect to its private prescriptions and vaccination records, it still does not always keep its other records accurate and up to date. It does not have robust systems to ensure that records about controlled drugs are made within the required timeframe. And it cannot demonstrate that it records the necessary information when it dispenses unlicensed medicines.

All CDs written up to date, either myself or the RP present making sure of this from now on. We rarely dispense unlicensed medicines, but if we were to we keep a record.
