Arkle Pharmacy (1040500) - Improvement action plan

Although the pharmacy had made some improvements since the last inspection with respect to its controlled drug records, it still does not always keep its other records accurate and up to date. It does not make the required records about private prescriptions it dispenses in a timely way. And it does not record all the information it needs to about vaccinations it administers. For example, some of its vaccination forms did not record whether people had given consent, and some were missing a record about any advice given, or what vaccine was administered.

All records for privates rxs are up to date to this week commencing. Vaccination records/ forms are also up to date and been double checked by myself.
