Frost & Co (1040374) - Improvement action plan

There are areas of the pharmacy that are very cluttered and untidy which are detrimental to the safe provision of services.

We are trying get quotes from flooring fitters to put laminated flooring. Also carpenters to rebuild floor cabinets which were removed when old shop floor was taken out and rebuilt. Once this is complete, display stands will be moved back into their original positions and not block one side of the shop.
Also excess goods currently in boxes and totes will be put away in the new floor cabinets. The goods behind the counter in boxes are being sorted and put away. The dispensary is being tidied up and excess stock in the boxes on the floor are being put away. Unfortunately, due to current shortages and price fluctuations of medicines, we are buying more stock than normally, as we prepare MDS Trays and need to make sure that we have enough medication for them. Excess paperwork will be sorted and filed away
