Atkins Chemist (1040358) - Improvement action plan

The pharmacy cannot show that it always keeps medicines requiring refrigeration at the right temperatures so they remain fit for purpose. It does not keep a record of its fridge temperature checks. And it cannot show that it takes prompt action when fridge temperatures are outside of the required range for storing these medicines appropriately.

Called proscript, added the fridge and now everyday we have record of fridge temperatures min and max, logged into a sheet on proscript.
