Members of staff carry out activities for which they are not appropriately trained.

Staff Members who have not undergone training will be placed on training modules.
National Pharmacy Association has been contacted:
1) One member of my counter staff has been enrolled on the course and RP has signed off as his supervisor
2) Dispenser is gathering the pertinent materials to enable him to be enrolled on to the BTEC Diploma – Principles and Practice for Technicians course
