The pharmacy member in question has unfortunately decided to leave hence we can no longer enrol her onto the training required. I can confirm that this was the staff member who had been within the company for a year. The new team member within the pharmacy started approximately one month before inspection and is currently enrolled onto a counter course with NPA. |

We have investigated confidential waste removal companies and signed up to a company contract which allows for removal as and when required. We will continue to shred normal paper and dispose of this within the pharmacy, however labels and any other adhesive confidential materials will be disposed of using the company GoShred. |
