We have notified all locums of this and have placed the RP log in a prominent place. The staff have also been asked to remind locums if they have entered their details in the RP log. The private Rx log is electronic and kept on the PMR. It has a date range filter to reduce the entries visible on screen. Older entries can be viewed by selecting the date range required. Superintendent to train staff in use of the PMR. Superintendent to carry out weekly checks. |
