And people may not be aware of important information they require to support them in taking their medicines safely. |

Additionally, I will implement a system to ensure that all packs are clearly labelled with important safety information, such as adverse warnings for the medicines included. This will involve updating our dispensing process to include a final check for accurate labelling and safety warnings before the packs are supplied to patients. Training will also be provided to team members to reinforce the importance of including accurate and complete information in compliance packs. |
