Prescription will be kept with the medicines until they are supplied. Delivery records will be kept in the dispensary for 3 months after supply. Once the prescription has been checked I will initial the label. Also, label will be signed by whoever is involved in dispensing process & the dispenser who picked the item will also sign. |
