Rowlands Pharmacy (1033864) - Improvement action plan

Several members of the team have recently left the pharmacy. And although vacancies are being advertised and relief staff are being used to provide cover, the pharmacy is not currently fully staffed. This means the team is behind with the workload which creates pressure and makes the provision of services less effective.

- Continue to support the pharmacy with regular relief staff until fully recruited.
- Two vacancies have been accepted by external applicants an ACPT, and a qualified dispenser.
- Three are relocating from elsewhere in the business inc. a Non pharm manager.
- 2nd Pharmacist cover available to the pharmacy if required.
- The branch is supported by 2 Regular pharmacists, both have been employed with Rowlands for several years.
- Daily check ins with Regional team. Includes a status report, which can be reacted to.
