The pharmacy does not always make sure its team members have the appropriate training for their role.

• The members of the team identified will be enrolled on training courses appropriate for their roles within the pharmacy.

• A wider review will be taken company-wide to verify that all colleagues have completed, or are enrolled on, training courses applicable to their roles and responsibilities within their place of work.

• Review of processes for new employees and identification of their training needs as part of their probation review.
