The pharmacy does not ensure that all team members are undergoing training appropriate for their role, in accordance with GPhC minimum training requirements.

Part-time second trainee MCA has been enrolled on Buttercup Medicine Counter Assistant course.
All pharmacy staff (MCA and dispensers) will be completing training modules provided by pharmacy publications and suppliers on a regular basis supervised by responsible pharmacist and SI.
