A Pharmacist has been allocated to provide double cover for two days over the next 4 weeks; after this the situation will be reassessed (16hr vacancy identified and now filled ) Store to be reviewed against company staffing model (Smartworks) and any identified action to be taken. Staffing profile to be reviewed using Right People, Right Place, Right Time model and corrective actions started Review of holiday planning to be undertaken and corrective actions to be taken where possible to ensure that there is adequate staffing levels at all times, especially during staffing holidays. 4.4	The pharmacy doesn’t take prompt action in response to safety alerts. So, there could be a risk that people get medicines or devices which are not safe to use.
