The pharmacy does not store medicines which need cold storage properly. This makes it more difficult for the pharmacy to show that the medicines are safe to use. It does not always store medicines in accordance with relevant legislation. This makes it harder to show that they are kept securely.

A new pharmacy fridge is to be ordered to ensure sufficient capacity for cold storage of medicines.
CD returns are to be denatured promptly and medicines to be stored in accordance with relevant legislation. All CD transactions to be recorded electronically and paper CD register not to be used for recording anything.
