2.1	The pharmacy arranges team member’s shifts in a way that for periods of time, there are not enough suitably qualified staff to provide services safely. 4.3	The pharmacy cannot show that it always stores medicines which require refrigeration appropriately. And, the pharmacy does not always keep its medicines securely.	-We have already ordered and received new thermometer which is showing accurate minimum and maximum ranges. -Waste medicine box is kept inside the dispensary until full. Then the box is closed and sealed and kept in the toilet which is locked up all the time. No member of public can access to that room.	10/02/2020	10/02/2020
